Inspite of being such a complicated Railway network, we never hear about any accidents in Frankfurt Germany.

We don't hear about the accidents from Frankfurt, Germany because we are in India and such minor things doesn't make news. And I believe most of the train accidents happen because of the stupidity of the passengers rather than due to anything wrong with the train system.
